Changes in the normal ECG pattern occur in numerous cardiac abnormalities, including cardiac rhythm disturbances such as atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardiainadequate coronary artery blood flow such as myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarctionand electrolyte disturbances such as hypokalemia and hyperkalemia.
